A good lawyer makes a legal solution easy rather than complex for the client.

Dies Siegers, employment lawyer and partner, combines high-quality legal advice with a practical approach. Dies has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, such as collective and individual redundancy, reorganizations and supervising procedures with the works council. She began as a researcher at Utrecht University, but her desire to pursue a more practically useful career led her to choose the legal profession, first with two large firms in Amsterdam (Ekelmans den Hollander / Lovells and Boekel de Nerée) and co-founded Van Bladel Advocaten in 2009. Dies assists mainly large and medium-sized companies, including ICT firms, the automotive, the banking and insurance sectors and the food industry. In 2015 she obtained with distinction the certificate for the postgraduate course in employment law from the Academie voor de Rechtspraktijk and is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN) and the Employment Lawyers Association for the Middle Netherlands region (VAANM).
